Every home here follows the Pattern Book so does every repair we make
Celebration was built to a seventy-page Pattern Book, six architectural styles each with its own cladding, trim and approved colours, all held to a design review that keeps the town picture-perfect. Those founding homes are around thirty years old now, and their original clapboard, wood trim and stucco are showing it. A repair here is not just weather-tight — it has to read as the right style, in the right palette, and clear review. We identify your style, match to it exactly, and fix only what has stopped working.
Siding Repair Services For Every Kind Of Damage
From a single cracked panel to a full storm-battered wall, we handle every kind of siding damage Central Florida throws at your home.
Cracked Panel Repair
Cracks are more than cosmetic — they open a path for wind-driven rain and insects to get behind your siding. We repair or replace the affected panels and reseal the area so moisture stays out.
Book NowStorm Damage Repair
High winds and wind-driven rain can pull panels loose and drive water into the wall. We make fast, weather-tight repairs and document the damage clearly for you.
Book NowRotted Board Replacement
Humidity and end-grain rot destroy wood siding from the inside out. We cut out the decay, treat the area, and install sound, sealed replacement boards.
Book NowLoose Panel Refastening
Florida heat and wind work fasteners loose over time. We refasten panels correctly — snug but free to move — so they lock back down without buckling.
Book NowWater Damage Repair
Once water gets behind siding, it attacks house wrap and sheathing. We trace the intrusion to its source, dry the assembly out, and rebuild it the right way.
Book NowPartial Siding Replacement
When one elevation is too far gone to patch, we replace just that section and blend it into the rest of your home rather than re-siding everything.
Book NowTrim And Fascia Repair
Trim and fascia take the brunt of the sun and rain. We repair and reseal these edge details to keep water out where walls meet openings and rooflines.
Book NowSiding Inspection Service
A thorough inspection finds hidden moisture, failing flashing and early rot before it spreads — the cheapest repair is the one you catch early.
Book NowA town built to a Pattern Book leaves no room for a wrong repair
Most exterior crews patch a wall to whatever is on the truck. In Celebration a repair in the wrong material, profile or colour fails design review before it fails the weather. Walls are all we do, and matching a Pattern Book style exactly is the whole craft here.
We identify your style first
Coastal, Colonial Revival, Classical, Victorian, Mediterranean or French — each has its own cladding, trim and palette. We work out which your home is before we plan a thing.
We match the approved palette
Celebration's trim and body colours come from a set list by style. A repair painted off-palette is a repair the review will send back.
We know first-generation Celebration stock
The founding homes are three decades in. We know where their clapboard, ornate wood trim and stucco start to go — the porch details, the sills, the shaded elevations.
We check behind the finish
Sheathing, housewrap, flashing and framing. On a thirty-year-old wall, water has had time to work behind an intact-looking face, whatever the style.
One crew, start to finish
The person who identified your style and read your wall runs the repair. Nothing gets handed off and explained twice.
No call-out fee. Written estimate the same day.
In Celebration, the style — not the decade — decides the repair
Every Celebration home was raised to the Pattern Book since 1996, so the meaningful split is by architectural style, not build era. Pick the family closest to your home.
Clapboard and neutral trim, three decades on
These styles wear horizontal lap — wood or fibre cement clapboard — with restrained trim and, on Coastal homes, the white or neutral trim the Pattern Book calls for. After three decades, original wood clapboard cups, splits and rots at the butt joints and near grade first.
Where fibre cement was used the boards hold up, but the caulk lines and trim returns are long past their service life. The front-porch columns, rails and skirting take weather and foot traffic, and they soften before the field of the wall. A repair has to match the lap exposure and neutral palette exactly, or it reads from the sidewalk.
You approve the price — and the style match — before we start
No pressure, no guesswork, and nothing starts until you have said yes to a written number and we have confirmed the repair will match your style and clear review.
You call and we walk every elevation
We come out, identify your Pattern Book style, and read grade, corners, trim, porch details and the roofline.
We tell you what the wall is doing
Photos, the cause and the extent — and how the repair will match your style, palette and, on an attached home, whose wall it is.
We send a fixed price
Line by line, in writing. It covers material, the style and palette match, labour and what happens if we open the wall and find more.
We repair and walk it with you
We finish, clean the site, and walk the elevation together before anyone leaves — matched so review sees the right style, in the right colour.
We show you what is behind the finish, price the difference, and wait for your approval. Nothing appears on an invoice you did not agree to.
Seven things worth checking on a Celebration home
Siding warns you before it fails, and on a thirty-year-old Pattern Book home the tells show at the detail the style is known for. Here is what to look for.
Individually these are small jobs. Together they usually mean water has already been sitting behind the wall for a season or more.
Rot in the decorative or porch trim
On a Victorian, Classical or front-porch home, the brackets, columns and rails hold water at every joint. Soft or splitting trim there is the style's first failure point.
Cupped or split clapboard
On a Coastal or Colonial home, original wood clapboard cups, splits and opens at the butt joints after three decades. Once it has moved, paint will not hold it.
Settling cracks in the stucco
On a Mediterranean or French home, a dead-straight crack traces a control joint or the framing, not a random split — the ones worth a proper look before they widen.
Paint that no longer matches the assigned palette
A faded or wrongly repainted elevation is not just cosmetic in Celebration — an off-palette wall is exactly what design review flags.
Staining below a window head or roof-wall junction
A stain that starts high and runs down points to flashing missed above. On a thirty-year-old home it may have been tracking for years.
A prior repair in the wrong profile or colour
A patch that does not match the style or palette stands out here more than anywhere, and review will want it corrected.
Soft transitions on an attached home
On a townhome or condo, the shared-wall junctions and balcony edges are where water gets in first — and where it can reach the units next door.
A Pattern Book home almost always wants a matched repair
Replacement is the easy pitch. In Celebration a careful repair, matched to the style and palette, is usually both the right call and the one review favours. Here is how we decide.
Repair and match to the style
Typical work: reproduce or splice the matched detail, dry and treat what is behind, install in the style's material, seal and finish to palette.
Replace the elevation
Typical work: strip to sheathing, repair framing, new barrier and flashing, new matched cladding and trim to approval.
In a Pattern Book town the matched repair is usually what both the home and the review call for. If replacement genuinely makes more sense, we show you why on the wall first.
