We Fix Siding the Right Way — Not the Fast Way
IKMORA is a central florida siding company built on repeat customers, not the fast way. We fix siding the right way for homeowners across Kissimmee, Osceola County, Orange County, and wider Central Florida. We repair storm damage, moisture and rot, cracked and warped panels, and worn soffit and fascia, and when a repair genuinely won't hold, we tell you that too. Every job starts with a full look at your exterior and a written scope, so you know exactly what we're touching and why.
A Local Siding Company Built on Repeat Customers
IKMORA started with a simple frustration: too many Central Florida homeowners were being told they needed a full re-side when a handful of panels, a rotted section of sheathing, or a failing soffit was the real problem. We built this company to do the honest version of that work — repair what can be repaired, replace what genuinely needs it, and explain the difference in plain language.
We're based in Kissimmee and we work where we live: Osceola County, Orange County, and the communities in between. That matters more than it sounds. Siding in Central Florida doesn't fail the way it does up north. Here it's UV, humidity, wind-driven rain, and a long storm season doing the damage, and the fixes have to account for all of it. A crew that mostly does new installs often misses what a repair specialist looks for first.
Most of our work comes from people who've hired us before or were sent by a neighbor. That's the whole business model. When your reputation rides on whether the repair still looks right and stays dry two summers later, you stop cutting corners on flashing, fasteners, and the parts nobody sees.
Our Siding Expertise
Exterior walls are all we work on, so we see the same failures often enough to fix them properly the first time.
Storm & Wind Damage
Wind-lifted panels, debris impacts, and torn trim are the most common calls we get after a system moves through. We document the damage properly, secure the wall against further water intrusion, and repair or replace to current code so it holds up to the next one.
Moisture & Rot Work
Central Florida humidity and wind-driven rain get behind siding and quietly rot sheathing and framing. We open up the affected area, dry and treat or replace the damaged substrate, correct the water path, and close it back up so the problem doesn't come back.
Panel-Level Repairs
A cracked, warped, or missing panel rarely means the whole wall is done. We source matching profiles and colors where we can, replace only what's failed, and blend the repair so it doesn't read as a patch job.
Full Re-Siding
When damage is widespread, the material is past its service life, or you're patching the same spots every year, replacement is the smarter spend. We handle tear-off, substrate inspection, and installation of code-approved siding across the whole exterior.
Trim, Soffit & Fascia
Soffit and fascia protect your roof edge and ventilate your attic. When they rot or blow loose, heat and moisture build up where you can't see it. We repair and replace them with humidity- and pest-resistant materials and keep the airflow doing its job.
Insurance Documentation
Storm claims live and die on documentation. We photograph the damage, write up what we find, and give you a clear scope you can hand to your adjuster, so the cause and extent of the loss are on the record before anyone starts arguing about it.
What Makes Us Different
Most homeowners have a story about a contractor who overpromised and underdelivered. The siding trade has more of those stories than it should. Here's the difference between how a lot of crews operate and how we run a job.
How siding crews often work
- Quote a full replacement before they've checked whether a repair would hold
- Give a verbal number and change it once the wall is open
- Skip the parts you can't see — flashing, house wrap, fastener spacing
- Reuse or ignore damaged trim, soffit, and fascia because it's "not the siding"
- Leave nails, offcuts, and torn wrap behind at the end of the day
- Disappear once the check clears, warranty or not
How we run every job
- Inspect the whole exterior first and recommend repair when repair is the right call
- Put the scope and price in writing before we start, so there are no moving numbers
- Do the hidden work right — proper flashing, water path, and fastening for wind uplift
- Treat trim, soffit, and fascia as part of the system, because water and pests don't respect those lines
- Clean the site every day and walk the finished work with you
- Stand behind the repair and answer the phone after the job is done
How We Work
Every IKMORA project follows the same five steps, whether it's three panels or a full wall. The point is that you're never guessing what happens next or what it costs.
We inspect the whole exterior
FreeWe don't just look at the panel you called about. We check the surrounding walls, trim, soffit, fascia, and the likely water paths, because siding problems usually start somewhere other than where they show.
We explain repair vs. replace, honestly
Straight answerYou get a straight answer on whether the smart move is a targeted repair or a larger replacement, with the reasoning: material condition, extent of damage, age, and what it costs to keep patching it.
We put the scope in writing before we start
Agreed priceYou approve a written scope and price up front. If we open a wall and find hidden rot or substrate damage, we stop and show you before doing anything that changes the number.
We do the repair or replacement properly
Code awareWe correct the water path, use Florida Product Approval–listed materials, and fasten for Central Florida wind loads, not just tack panels back up and move on.
Clean-up and walkthrough

Why Homeowners Choose Us
The reasons people hire us — and hire us again — are usually the same handful. Here they are, plainly.
You get a repair recommendation, not a sales pitch
A lot of companies only make real money on full replacements, so that's what they recommend. We repair first when a repair will hold, and we'll show you why. It's the main reason our customers send us their neighbors.
We actually know Central Florida walls
UV, humidity, and storm season damage siding here in specific, predictable ways. We know where the water gets in, which walls fade and go brittle first, and what fails after a wind event, because we repair it every week.
The price you approve is the price
We write the scope and cost down before we start. The only time it changes is if we open a wall and find hidden damage, and then we show you first and get your sign-off before proceeding.
We build the storm-claim record for you
If your damage is storm-related, we document it properly — photos, findings, and a written scope — so you have a clean record for your insurer. We'll explain what's typically wind versus what falls outside a standard homeowners policy.
We stand behind the work
We warranty our workmanship and we answer the phone after the job is closed. Repairs that fail quietly a year later are exactly what we built this company to avoid.
Built for Central Florida Walls
Central Florida siding lives in one of the harder environments in the country for exterior cladding: high year-round UV, long humid summers, wind-driven rain, and a hurricane season that runs June through November. Kissimmee and most of Osceola County sit inland, so we're outside the High-Velocity Hurricane Zone (which covers only Miami-Dade and Broward) and outside the coastal Wind-Borne Debris Region, but our homes are still designed to a serious ultimate design wind speed under the Florida Building Code and ASCE 7-22. That combination is exactly what siding here has to survive, and it's what we build every repair around.
Sun-Faded & Brittle Panels
Florida's UV exposure runs roughly 20% higher than in northern states, and it does two things to vinyl: it fades the color and it makes the material brittle. South- and west-facing walls almost always go first. Once a panel has warped or buckled from heat, it can't be flattened back — it has to be replaced, and we match the profile and color as closely as the product line allows.
Humidity Behind The Wall
Siding is a water-shedder, not a water barrier. In our humidity, wind-driven rain that gets past a bad seam or failed flashing doesn't dry out — it sits, and it rots sheathing and framing from the inside. Vented soffit is part of the fix: the Florida Building Code generally calls for about 1 square foot of attic ventilation per 150 square feet of attic, split between intake at the soffit and exhaust up high. When soffit venting is blocked or missing, moisture builds where you never see it.
Hurricane-Season Readiness
Homes in the Kissimmee/Osceola area are designed to a 130 mph ultimate design wind speed (3-second gust, Risk Category II) under ASCE 7-22, the standard the Osceola County Building Division applies and which the Florida Building Code 8th Edition (2023) adopted effective December 31, 2023. Siding, soffit, and fascia are among the first things wind finds. We repair and fasten for uplift and use Florida Product Approval–listed materials (every siding product used in the state needs statewide product approval under Florida Statute 553.842), so what we put back is rated for what the season can throw at it.
What We Promise On Every Job
A siding repair is a promise you can't see until it's tested — by the next storm, the next wet season, the next hot summer on a west wall. So we make the promise explicit and we put it in writing. These four commitments apply to every IKMORA job, from a single cracked panel to a full re-side.
Honest Pricing
You get a written scope and price before we start. If hidden damage changes the picture, we stop and show you first. No verbal numbers that drift once the wall is open.
Proper Repairs
We fix the water path and the substrate, not just the surface. Correct flashing, correct fastening for wind, and Florida Product Approval–listed materials — the parts that decide whether a repair actually lasts.
Respect For Your Time
We show up when we say we will, keep the site clean daily, and give you a realistic timeline up front. If something shifts, you hear it from us before it becomes a problem.
Work We Stand Behind
Our workmanship is warrantied, and we stay reachable after the job closes. If something isn't right, we come back and make it right.
The Customer Experience
Most repairs are done in a day or two. Larger replacements run longer, and we give you a realistic timeline before we start, not a guess.
